North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination Passing Rates for 2019-2021 Graduates

The NABP recently released the NAPLEX scores for 2021 and the results continue their decline. While the All Graduates Pass Rate has remained fairly constant at 87% since 2017, for 2021 it's now dropped to 84%. If you drop to the bottom of this report where the All Graduates From ACPE Accredited Programs are you will see the averages. Bottom line the scores are getting worse not better. The number of new grads taking the exam has been dropping for the last 6 years, it's a disturbing trendline but indicates what is happening in the schools and colleges of pharmacy ... Applications to the schools/colleges of pharmacy and enrollment have been dropping too. 2021 Graduates taking the NAPLEX First Attempt = 13,260 is the lowest number it's been in the past 10 years. First Time Pass Rate = 84%. All Attempts = 14,654 and All Time Pass Rate = 82%
