An experienced leader with a 30 year track record of successful entrepreneurship, he has launched, developed and operated five specialist serviced-based companies to date, and has served as the CEO of JobRx since its inception in 2020, driving its evolvement from a traditional trade publication, a multi-faceted website, employment board and consulting services.

Kevin’s first business venture, a telemarketing firm he started in 1972, grew rapidly under his management from a single location to 130+ employees in multiple offices across three states. In 1981, he acquired Dunhill Professional Search of Madison, a financially troubled traditional fee for service recruiting company. Kevin quickly realized that the key to success in this market was to nationalize the operation, and refocus its core offering exclusively for the healthcare sector. From this insightful decision to specialize came his first order to fill a Pharmacist position, and a previously untapped market opportunity was born. The Madison office rapidly grew to be the #1 producer of the 80+ franchise offices, and consistently remained a Top 10 performer throughout the Dunhill Search System of 500+ locations nationwide.

Launching in 1990, and continuing to grow and develop PharmacyWeek both on and offline,
(including the 1992 launch of the company’s first website), Kevin, having identified the fledgling
beginnings of the Internet as a global game-changer, devised and subsequently launched
PharmacyOneSource in 1999. Acquired by Wolters Kluwer Health in 2010, it remains a
powerful SaaS resource for clinical leaders to improve patient safety, outcomes, compliance
and financial performance in more than 1,200 healthcare organizations across the country.

Today, JobRx.com has evolved to become the leading consulting firm focusing on the whole of pharmacy employment, career resources, and professional networking, reaching thousands of pharmacy professionals and decision-makers nationwide, including directors, managers, clinicians, staff pharmacists and technicians. Given the myriad changes currently taking place in the pharmacy employment market, Kevin is now orchestrating the launch of JobRx.com specific initiatives designed to rapidly and efficiently address the increasing shortage of qualified and talented pharmacy professionals.

With a three decade history of extensive employment marketing, advertising, publishing, and software experience to his credit, primarily for health system pharmacy professionals, Kevin will continue to grow and expand JobRx.com’s influence, offerings and market reach.

Kevin earned both Associate and Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Finance from the Spencerian College of Business at Concordia University Wisconsin, and St. Norbert College, and currently resides in San Antonio, TX
