Position summary


Implement medication use activity and clinical services designed by the Director or designee and implement cost containment measures involving drug utilization in the hospital.  Ensure accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications, accurate documentation, provides accurate and complete drug information and provide staff and physician education as appropriate.


education requirements



    • B.S. or Pharm.D degree



work experience requirements



    • Two years experience as a hospital/clinical pharmacist or with equivalent education (completion of  residency or Pharm.D. degree)

    • Sterile compounding; compounding; Unit Dose Dispensing; order entry



License/certifications



    • Licensed in Colorado
