CompleteRx, a leader in hospital pharmacy management and pharmacy consulting has an immediate need for a Regional Sales Director in our corporate office in Houston, Texas.  As a Regional Sales Director for the CompleteRx team you will generate, prospect, network and leverage existing C-Suite relationships in a hospital or healthcare setting marketing our pharmacy management and pharmacy consulting services to hospital executives.  Utilizing a consultative and strategic sales methodology you will expand our footprint in hospital and health systems in the Southeast region of the United States.  Ideal candidates for our Regional Sales Director positions are energetic, engaging and have a proven track record of success.

 

Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Director for CompleteRx you are part of a sales team with support from Financial Analysts, Regional Directors of Operations and a Director of Clinical Services to name few.  Your primary responsibilities include prospecting and vertically selling our pharmacy management and pharmacy consulting solutions to hospitals and healthcare systems in the Southeast region of the United States.  You will develop and deliver sales proposals to clients in addition to supporting marketing campaigns and projects as needed.  Guided by the CompleteRx Team Covenant we expect our employees to continually provide courteous and professional support throughout all their interactions.

 

Position Requirements:

  • This position will be based out of the CompleteRx corporate office in Houston, TX
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a hospital setting selling directly to C-Suite or VP level hospital administrators required
  • Successful experience selling a service or product to hospital executives required
  • Successful experience in prospecting and performing lead generation in a hospital setting
  • Successful experience closing long term hospital contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent presentation skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems for tracking and reporting sales pipeline activities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new and cultivate existing relationships with hospitals and hospital systems in the Southeast region of the United States
  • Prospect and generate leads for pharmacy management and pharmacy consulting in the Southeast region
  • Present and close pharmacy management and pharmacy consulting contracts in a professional and proficient manner
  • Assist with financial and operational due diligence on agreements
  • Achieve sales goals as determined by CMO
  • Document all sales activity in CompleteRx CRM
  • Attend industry trade shows and conventions
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and projects as needed
