CLINICAL PHARMACY COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, the successful candidate will serve as both a supervisor and a clinical pharmacy specialist. In this role, you will perform a wide range of professional pharmaceutical duties, including the more specialized and complex clinical and consultative services regarding drug therapy regimens, supervising, scheduling and training pharmacy staff, and assisting in the planning, coordination and implementation of pharmacy programs, projects and services. Must be a CA-licensed Pharmacist with 3 years of related experience in an acute care hospital setting. Graduation from an accredited residency or comparable hospital clinical program may substitute for one year of required experience.
